Biodegradable 100% Straw Stitched Blanket
A temporary soil erosion control blanket
BioD-StrawTM blanket is a completely biodegradable soil erosion control blanket and does not contain any synthetic materials to harm wildlife.
BioD-Straw™ consists of 100% wheat straw, certified to be weed free, and stitched between two natural jute/scrim leno woven nets. The components are sewn together with biodegradable cotton thread. BioD-Straw™ is designed for temporary erosion protection and will last up to 12 months while providing support for vegetation establishment. BioD-StrawTM blanket is available in 100 SY (83.6 m2) rolls and each roll is 8 ft. wide 112.5 ft. long (2.44 m wide and 34.3 m long).
